To pass the winter months I decided to do a destroked 6 bolt 2.4L. What options, for rods, are there when doing a LR 2.1? I am leaning strongly toward the 162mm rods.From what I have found so far the options are not allot.

I am getting ready to install the 2.4 and wanted to run a bigger cam. I was looking for thoughts and ideas on cam choice for my application. My profile is current. Car is basicly a weekend car, runs Turbo Blue, limited track, and limited dyno. Looking for good power/torque.

Pulled the Galant 2.4L, pretty straight forward. Basic hand tools a friend and a little swearing.Nice thing I noticed, the knock sensor bung is already drilled and tapped.Plan on putting Wiseco pistons in but I can not find any aftermarket head gaskets yet.
