The o2 voltage going up and down is normal. I would first change out the biss screw, since you're saying its stuck. Then make sure there are no vacuum leaks.Follow the instructions on this thread to adjust your biss screw and ISC position...

How is timing? Have you checked to make sure it hasn't jumped any teeth?

You can get a set of npr pistons on ebay for fairly cheap. But be sure they are the npr (nippon piston rings) pistons, they are the factory manufacture...

As lil corb said correct engagement height is very important on the twin disks. Your engagement should be a lot lower then that of a single disk setup. If setup correctly and you still hear the noise, it's most likely is normal. My qm twin disks that's setup correctly makes a lot of noise...

Did you resurface the head and block when you installed the mls? If not it wont seal properly. If you keep blowing head gaskets maybe its time to start having someone else tune your car? :hmm:

Here is the fitting needed to run a AN fitting to the B/S inspection hole. You basically can relive crankcase pressure from the block, which is an alternative to the valve cover like most people run.

It definitely looks a bit different then the RMDSM lip. Looks like the lower edge is a bit thicker, and maybe made of cheaper material? Either way looks to be a great alternative as long as the quality is decent. Can't wait to see how it actually looks on someones dsm.

It does look like the shaft and bearing got a bit hot. I'm not a turbo expert but I'm not sure if that would cause the shaft to snap? I would ask Justin (JusMX141) for a second opinion. You can post in THIS THREAD to ask him.

Honestly, trying to make power on 91 really sucks! It's hard to make power that you will be happy with if you just run 91, especially with higher then stock comp like 9:1. Definitely think about getting some kind of injection such as methanol or e85. Or just go straight e85 like I did.I ran...
