The o2 voltage going up and down is normal. I would first change out the biss screw, since you're saying its stuck. Then make sure there are no vacuum leaks.Follow the instructions on this thread to adjust your biss screw and ISC position...
Exactly how I feel about him and his products. What better way to get publicity then to put your products on the fast guys cars while taking the rest of the community's money. He definitely makes awesome products but he needs to work on his business ethics.
You can get a set of npr pistons on ebay for fairly cheap. But be sure they are the npr (nippon piston rings) pistons, they are the factory manufacture...
As lil corb said correct engagement height is very important on the twin disks. Your engagement should be a lot lower then that of a single disk setup. If setup correctly and you still hear the noise, it's most likely is normal. My qm twin disks that's setup correctly makes a lot of noise...
I am considering doing this radiator setup as well. But the only true concern that I have is if the ebay Golf mk3 are true dual pass radiators or not. From looking at most reputable dual pass radiators the inlet/outlet end tank should have a seem welded in them to make it a true dual pass. I am...
Did you resurface the head and block when you installed the mls? If not it wont seal properly. If you keep blowing head gaskets maybe its time to start having someone else tune your car? :hmm:
What ever you do please don't use roadrunner transportation, unless you like calling every terminal the truck stops at after more then a week of your package sitting in their warehouse without moving (also the chance of it getting lost). And no one being able to give you a straight answer why it...
Here is the fitting needed to run a AN fitting to the B/S inspection hole. You basically can relive crankcase pressure from the block, which is an alternative to the valve cover like most people run.
Ted would be the guy you would want to speak to. Here is his freelance thread.

It definitely looks a bit different then the RMDSM lip. Looks like the lower edge is a bit thicker, and maybe made of cheaper material? Either way looks to be a great alternative as long as the quality is decent. Can't wait to see how it actually looks on someones dsm.
I have to say that pictures do not do justice for how nice the paint looks in person in the sun. It's so perfect that I'm scared to even get near your car, or even touch it. It came a long way from the matte green color, but it's definitely change for the good. I'm still not use to seeing you...
It does look like the shaft and bearing got a bit hot. I'm not a turbo expert but I'm not sure if that would cause the shaft to snap? I would ask Justin (JusMX141) for a second opinion. You can post in THIS THREAD to ask him.
Honestly, trying to make power on 91 really sucks! It's hard to make power that you will be happy with if you just run 91, especially with higher then stock comp like 9:1. Definitely think about getting some kind of injection such as methanol or e85. Or just go straight e85 like I did.I ran...
Yes but the warranty isn't the huge issue here. The main issue I see is that the picture they sent of the turbo is not the same turbo Chad had... And the un-professionalism of talking crap behind a customers back by calling him names. Or trying to make him look like a "beeitch."
Actually that was going to be the very last pull on 91 and meth. Since the next day I was going to drive down to have Ted weld some AN fittings on my rail and sending unit so I could run my -8an fuel setup. But for some reason after running the car on meth for years without issues it decides to...
