The 18cm housing is also a t3 flange. It is big and hits the block. I had to space out the manifold 1/2 in and make a specaial wedge shaped mitsu to t3 adapter plate.

Well I finally got the turbo on. If anybody remebers I modified a stock 18cm housing to work on my engine. Guys dont worry about the lag its well worth it. I havent even hooked up my waste gate yet so I havent been able to wined it out.

my muffler comes out on an agle because thats the only room aloud for it so a turbo with an exhaust in and out and an intake and 2 charge pipes would require alot of space then you have the oiling system to stick in there.It would be cool if it was possible but its tight back there.
It will not bolt onto a stock dsm exhaust mani. the 17c is a tdo6 housing and uses a different bolt pattern, you need an adapter plate. I know this because I have one myself. I never did use it though because when I bought it I thought it was better than a big 16g and later found out it isnt...

Well it isnt the waterpipe that its hitting. The turbine housing hits the bulge where the bal shaft sits. I started to make another adapter though and it should work the way Im doing it now. I have an H1C. If the holset turbine housing doesnt pan out Ill buy the bullseye so its not foresale.

Dont flame me but I rev up to 5500-6000 and dump the bastard. I ran a 8.8 in the 1/8 with a t-25 and a 2600. I ran 8.556 with a 6 bolt 14b 680s and maft. But I will be learning over again now cause I know it wont take more than what Ive done already.
But it worked when I was mostly stock.
