I am wondering if there are any differences between a 99 hood latch and a 1996 hood latch. I just got my cf hood from VIS and the hood latch seems like it is a half inch short on my 96. Anyone had this problem? THe guy I bought it from ordered me a 99 even though I told him it's a 96. ANy help...

I was just wondering what would be the benefits of running 100 octane instead of 91 octane. All I have done to my car is Apex N1 Downpipe and N1 Cat Back, Boost COntroller at 14.5psi, and a K&N. I am just wondering because 100 octane isn't much more than 91 octane.Thanks,Dan D.
I have been looking into FMICs and i had a few questions. First, what FMICs are there that can keep the stock fog lights(95-96). Also, I am planning on running a big28 turbo, but then i will go to something bigger like a green or a l2r, would the FMICs be too small for the larger turbo at around...
Is the 2g oil gauge oil level or oil pressure??? And if the gauge is broken will it slowly rise to full? Just wondering, because the gauge used to sit at the bottom and i took it in to change the timing belt and now it works.
Yesterday someone told me that you may have crankwalk if the oil filter housing(what you screw the oil filter into) becomes loose. I searched crankwalk but i never found it. I was wondering if this is true?Thanks

On most DSM's I see have a camshaft position sensor(i think) on the passenger side camshaft furthest away from the front of the car(on the side of the engine), but i dont have one. Is this OK? thanks
When i shift my car i am told black smoke exits my muffler. would it happen if i had no catalitic converter? is it alright to have this (not bad for engine)
