Hey man, just use the 2.0l oil pump sprocket. I ordered a 2.0l topline oil pump and front cover and ever thing worked fine. You can also use the 2.4l block out of early galants. I believe around the late 80's. They were 2.4l and sohc. later

hey guys. The head gasket is a cometic hp. The block bore is a little bit bigger than a standard 2.0. So had to use cometic mines 2.4l 20 over. The oil filter housing is off a 89 Mitsubishi mighty max pickup. I used this to relocate the oil filter for my down pipe. It cost me 7 bucks...

hey man u can get a 2.0 to 2.4l. You just have to punch it out like 60 over i believe. Yeah i know thats alot but it will end up with 2.3 if you use je or wiseco pistons. you have to have custom pistons made.

Nope. The oil pump will actually bolt to the 6 bolt block just fine, but thew 2.4l sohc sonata oil pump does not have a place to bolt the 2 liter hyd tensioner. so yes it will bolt up, no it wont work if your doing a 2.4 liter dohc. also the timing marks are different on the sonata pump than...
