39lbs,1100rpm redline, 60 HP with an almost flat torque curve to redline... I've driven one on an oval track...
It'll pull like a freight train until u run out of guts to stay in it...

ive done everything from steam pipe to aircraft...currently welding for USMC...
i have a Lincoln pro mig 140 in my shop. it plugs into a 110 outlet and will weld anything i need on a car..
I use flux core...

Ive just tweeked it until all fuel trims have zeroed out.

Make sure no carbon contamination...
Wire brush b4 every weld...
If u cant weld a seem in one pass..run into your welds...make one weld end where others start...that way u dont have a cold lap...Thats for mig...Ive been on govt fuel/water tank project for the last 4...

After buying the cobbed together pos 95 gt....chasing mistakes and generally shoddy mechanical work for almost 18 months...fix one thing and 2 more pop up...
My wife supported my obsession the whole time...even drove it every once in awhile...never being impressed..Finally got it all worked...
I actually didnt clear mine....think i wanna try that.
So id also like to know what type of clear you used.

Dont know if it was my issue you found or not...but i also had that happen
Although my lifter didnt come apart like that.
I just checked everything over real good and saw no damage, so i just reinstalled the rocker. While i had it all apart i installed updated lifters.
Once it was all back...

Started around 930 and they ran us out at 4 am....was a good nite...
If engine is already in and installed your easiest option is to weld thr crack...
But it DEFINITELY needs to be ground out as much as possible to keep it from cracking again...
Your going to have to keep an eye on it though..because of how the crack runs by/through the mounting tab...

I have a 95 gst( non eprom) that I've been doing all my maintenance and slowly getting it right where I want it...
But lately I've run into somthing that's confusing me..The stft is pretty much all over the place....from -16 to +16? Bad enough to where the fuel trim cel comes on.
