I'm sure it wasn't the 7bolt fault. I've been trapping 125-130mph for 3 years on my stock 7bolt with no problems. It is all in the tune.

Yes they will. 26x9.5x16 on a 16x7.5 with a 45mm off set. You will need a small spacer on rear. And that is with Willwood brakes.

Yes a fp housing will work. Thats all a 3565 is.

I have a Venom it will fit just fine and no you do not need a new fuel rail. You will have to mod other things mentioned above.

They both will do the job. I've had both and I love my 2900 with a street disk its lighter and less chatter.

You most likely have a small rip in a coolant passage and under boost when the head lifts a little you are loosing pressure and that is the reason for the filling of your overflow bottle.

A car can run fine with a blown headgasket I drove my car for 6 months with one it only blew coolant at 25psi and above I just filled back up after the track. (I was lazy that year) I would fix it asap.

Oldman is right your pulling to much fuel out and that is making your timing go to high and knock up top and now you have a blown headgasket it happens alot with a afc and big injectors. Go smaller or dsmlink or chipped ecu.

How much spray were you running on that pass.

I have had my venom for 3 years now and not one problem and it has seen many 30-35psi pulls. Not bad for the money.

I guess I just installed them all wrong sorry guys you do need a afpr. I guess I need to find a mechanic for my 11.3@127 2g and my 10.8@132 1g because I apparently can't install fuel pumps .

I too have had both and done countless others and only had overrun problems with 1gs. I say try it if you have problems overrunning at idle buy a afpr.

Have you tried it on a 2g. I know about 5 other 2gs that have no afpr on a 255hp and what do you know no problems.

Like I said I have no overrun at all and I do have a fuel pressure gauge. So you are giving the mis-information.

I have had 255 and 255hp on a stock fpr for over 5 years with no signs of overrun on my 2g. With that being said my 1g did have some overrun issues with a 255hp.

I think that your gap is to small. On 7's I ran 26 and on 8's 28 and that is at 30+ psi with no problems.

Same setup on my car and it runs great.

You might want to remove the wall on the exhaust housing.
