hey wassup....i jus picked up a 91'laser rs for 200$..with auto tranny 100k ...it seems to be stcuk in 3rd gear alll the time.,, reverse works...neutral works....no L gear no 2nd gear.....i already ripped out the TCU every thing looks fine... i didnt see any leaky caps....im going to be pulling...

can the front exhaust pipe be welded? i the part for some reason snapped off where the braided wire shyt is covering the pipe is this weldable .....can i use some type off new piping?? would it make a difference performance wise?

i jus put in a new starter in today and the car still wont turn over the only way the car will turn over is wen i pop into gear.....anyone have any ides im thinkin maybe the wiring set up is messed up....is there a fuse or somethin that i shood check?maybe the battery wires are not producing...
