Does anyone know the part number or the stamped number on the rear motor mount for a 90 five-speed FWD turbo? Mine says 193A on it and while it allows most of the other engine mounts to line up, the trans side mount is off by almost an inch and won't bolt on.

Gotcha there, man...after two years of a build time ending in May, my 1G's timing slipped in mid-June, calling for a rebuild. Old pistons out, new 2Gs in, .040 over the block, all new gaskets/belts/bearings/etc...and the only thing holding me up is a head I've purchased from a member of tuners...

Best of luck...LOL on the volcano effect! Spend time with your car or another worthwhile hobby...or if you have a gf, show her how you care through you creativity (poetry, etc.) I commend you for doing this, as I know I'm waaay too weak to approach that kind of self-imposed celibacy.

How about this idea: make a shirt that had "4G63", the mitsu/plymouth/eagle logos with a backdrop of the Diamond Star logo (remember that old thing?) and a motion-blurred backend of either a 1 or 2g going across the shirt? as always, just my 2 cents.

I've had my 93 eclipse base model for about 2months now...no mods yet as I've had to pay for school (not even the free ones :< ) and I am having a problem with it creaking during left turns. I know I need to get new CV axles (both) already because they clicked from the day that I bought the car...

The only piece of equip I am planning to run off that 12V is one of those cameras. The rest (frontcam/s, LCD) will run thru a switch which will be connected to the 12V+ lead from the radio.thx all the same.

sorry about the wait on the post... i turned the idle down to ~ 750, but if I turn the AC on while it's idling , it begins to shake A LOT. the idle then drops to around 400 which is not good as the car sputters and struggles to stay alive.

the cars i have had....lessee, 1st car was a 95 Hyundai Accent 1.5L POS....their answer to the Civic and other compact cars. It had a crack in the cat, so everyone was like "ohhhh you must have money to be spending on a cool car" and whatever because all the exhaust gases came out of that crack...

the car does this after its been on awhile too.....while i'm at a stop light in neutral or in 1st w/foot on the clutch, for example, it's at 1500....i'll adjust the biss screw tomorrow and give you a reply._stryker

What is a 93 eclipse 4G37 supposed to idle at? When I bought the car, it idled at around 1400rpm with AC off....seems really high compared to all other cars I've driven.thanks for any help you may offer. :thumb: _stryker :dsm:
