The housing on the celica look like they would still have white beams, notice how everything but the one tube is yellow, all they way through. I think that would be the way to do it, you wouldn't get hassled as long as you had white beams.

Most of the time, those cars don't even have titles if they were given to a school. The manufacturer sends them to the schools with no VIN solely for the prupose of taking it apart. At my school we have a 98 Eldorado with like 150 miles on it, but it can't be driven anywhere or sold for that...
