Are all coil packs for the 1G 4G63 interchangeable, (with the exception of the TACHO Interface, which can be moved from coil pack to coil pack).

Engine cranks over but does not start
Starter has enough power, (12.7volts) although makes a grinding sound immediately after I release the key back to ON position. (I assume broken starter gear)
New ECU with caps replaced
New fuel filter
New fuel pump
MPI relay tested OK
