The manual really doesn't have much in it. Dowloading the software and becoming familiar with the controlls would server you better then reading the manual I think.
Joe, If you have an AEM then it is able to log internally all of the sensor inputs for you. You won't have to go out and get a seperate logger. It might be that there are still the logs from the shops dyno pulls on your AEM? I would check that out first.

If by aftermarket wastegate you are thinking of a Tial type one then what you would have to do is either weld the flapper shut on your T-25 and weld a flange on your exhaust manifold( hard to do), or ditch your wastgate assembly on your T-25 and then Weld a Flang on your O2 housing while...
I'm not sure why it is there either, but I ran my car with a 3in exhaust and no rear O2 sensor without the grounding wire and things worked fine for me.
So, you have an AEM now? Those things are great for tuning, but you can burn a whole in your motor pretty quick if you don't know what your doing. Just don't get to crazy with things until you fell like your confortable with it.
Haven't seen it done of a 1G. But a guy I know used to have two Walboro's on his 2G. I've seen people put duel in tank pumps in mustangs and other such cars before and it looks like that's the basic idea you got there. Are you not getting enough fuel out of your single Walboro or someting?
I like the SS studs better then the stock bolts, I thought it was easier to get everything on with them. And also with the exhaust gasket I'd go with the four layer one, I think that's the upgraded one that you were talking about.
Turbo + Nitrous = more power....As far as tuning with the nitrous it's not really a big deal if you don't, althogh if you have it installed when you go to AMS I would have them setup the nitrous maps for you while your there.

O, poo poo. I had 500hp out of my talon when I was 18 and I didn't do anything but destroy drivetrain parts with it. I would say get a smaller turbo there buddy, T-70 is pretty big.
I would have to say some beefier fuel equipment, because you don't have any of that listed in your profile. Other then that probably some sort of engine managment.
