    Spray some soapy water to find the hole. If its just a small hole a dab of JB weld will seal it.

    S-AFC Settings have nothing to do with your Turbo and everything to do with your Injector size...

    The 3582 hta in FP's bolt on housing makes 20psi at 3800 on a 2.3 in 3rd Gear.

    Put the Stock Injectors back in until you have something to tune with.Run a boost source straight to the wastegate, this will give you 10psi.

    Knock (excessive cylinder pressure) will lift the head, keep the knock away and 25psi will be fine.

    IIRC when I was running 650's/S-AFC my Lo settings were in the -8 to -15 range.

    This is a common problem where people think there out of injector but its actually the pump. Through a KB Boost a Pump on there and that single walbro will handle alot.

    IIRC I went 112mph on a 50 trim and stock cams/IM back in the day, I think it was with 20psi.Addition of Cams and SMIM netted me 11.8 at 121 on 24psi, on 650's BTW.

    Your airflow is being over estimated as seen by the 3bar vs. boostest. Since you have no knock I would turn up the boost some more. Also I would hold the 2-3 and 3-4 shift until 7k.

    You need to set fuel pressure with the vacuum line off, once you put the vacuum line back on the pressure will drop, this is normal. Also fuel cut has nothing at all to do with fuel flow, only airflow.
