+1if your gonna run any of the turbos you have then you will need bigger injectors to so you dont maxed out those poor 550's, and since maft can only handle 650's then thats your best option, loving your dsm so far bro :thumb:
Pretty good times for a cheap turbo :thumb: i had a ebay 20G on my 1g but i did had bad luck, it only lasted like 10 to 15 runs at 19psi, but it kicked hard while it lasted jajajaja a friend on mine has a ebay 16G and its been hitting hard for a long time now, he had better luck than me LOL
You should ask him what fuel pump its on the car, and why the regulator its set so high, if its the stock one maybe he set the pressure higher to help, base presure without the vacum hose should be 37, and also ask him what injectors are in there, if he doesnt know then you should probably take...
Whats does the gauge on the fpr reads at idle? Anyways you can adjust the pressure, without the vacum hose connected it should be set at 37psi since its a 1G

Ok so took it to a shop so they can do a compression test, bad results 105 115 115 115, that and the size of the piping its causing what doesnt really is lag, with the side mount and small paping wasnt really notorious and since i didnt took it to the race track i couldnt notice if it was fast...
Turbo seems ok, blades are fine and not hitting with the housing, no apparent oil leeks, theres little to none smoke in the exhaust when i rev the engine, i have a bad feeling bro.

Really? I thought it would be more because its 1 inch bigger then the jpipe, i hit 12 psi by 3500 rpm, i have a almost new 7cm exhaust housing on, i cant seen to find any leaks
ive fixed a leak i had at the throttle body but it didnt really help, i think its because of the piping, going from 2 to 3'' seems to be to much :/ i do have a 2'' to 3'' coupler to make the transition better.
