    what type of boost controller are you using. have you tried hooking it back up stock to see if it stops creeping. i know some people who have had boost controllers that have to much spring tension and cause it to act as if its turned all the way up even when its on the lowest setting.     well if im not mistaken when you are switching betweeen the two that are on TDC one is on the compression and the other one is either one is on the exhaust stroke. i dont believe 2 cylinders are on the compression stroke at the same time. hints why one is 8% and one is 100% becuase the valves...
