a common problem seems to be bent pickup tubes.. there's a metal strap in the middle to hold the screen's shape, if that gets bent inward it turns the oil into a froth :(

I've taken a break from that kind of video for now... I recently spun a bearing in the Stealth and with my job change I'm down on extra cash so she's resting in the garage. Hopefully things will be back as normal in 07, I'm working on it, the car is going to be much stronger this go around too.

currentlyt he's got it set to ~ 8k but I don't think he's taking it up that high yet. I don't know where they are seeing full boost, I'll see if I can find out

the reason us 3000/stealth twint turbo guys do this is because the wastegate tends to crack open under high back pressure. being twin turbo we don't have a boost creep issue.shimming the wastegate brings the minimum boost up and makes it much less likely to crack open prematurely slowing...
