  1. 18 psi spark plug and gap

my bad, worked all night and just got up. I guess reading it from the prior post incorrectly caused me to write it the same way. I'm sure he would have a hard time gapping them over a 1/4". It's not like i did it on purpose, and he would have a hard time finding a gap wrench that went that high!
  2. idle surging.... fix?

as posted above there are many things that can cause high idle/surge. I just found out what was wrong with my car after checking/fixing many things. First try a BLT (boost leak test). I had leaking injector orings and throttle body shaft seals, so i fixed them and it didnt' change my problem at...

  8. Since Evo3 turbos went up in price, suggestions for a 115-117mph dd, fwd turbo?

thanks for the replies, i've really been looking at the FP green and hx35, or possibly a t3 style with a different manifold, or use the adapter. I don't mind spending money, i just want something that will trap as high as i can with pump gas, but still be able to drive on the street. I don't...
  9. Since Evo3 turbos went up in price, suggestions for a 115-117mph dd, fwd turbo?

i understand slight increases, but from 500-575 a few months ago to 900-925 within a month?? I called a couple places and they said the prices on the websites aren't true anymore and they went up in price. I just figured for 950-1200 i could get something that can run well on pump gas and still...
