I have a good amount of rust on my strut tower in 1 spot. Enough to leave a nice size hole. Should I find a piece of metal and put it in place of the hole, ie weld, or if not, how can I stop the rust.

my 1g awd with kyb agx and tein springs launched. HARD. I would give fwd cars on dr's 1-2 car head starts from a stop and from the launch I would still pull a car or 2. I really dont know why the car launched so hard. But it loved to shit and get off the line. Other awd cars Id put a car or two...
