You are correct, it is a Megan Racing. If it was up to me, Id have a Thermal R & D exhaust on my GSX. However I bought the car with these mods, the megan racing isnt the best fit. I tell ya, it does sound very good though. Sounds almost identical to the thermal.

The exhaust/muffler is just designed that way to come out at an angle. However, I need to better position the exhaust underneath because the guy that had it before me said the hangers didnt cooperate so well..and every now and then I will hear an aweful loud rattle/vibration of the exhaust...

Yeah that is also a hell of a deal. $11,500 for a 40k mile GSX is a very good price. Who knows, if it was a bit closer and not in ontario canada, I would have considered that as an option.

Well it was a long drive to get it..drove all the way to kentucky to buy this black on black 99 Eclipse GSX (10th anniversary special edition), with 24,000 original miles, 5 speed manual. Ill take some more pics tommorow as these pics do it no justice..The car is mostly stock with the exception...

Saw the movie tonight..and in my oppinion it is better than the first one. True that it focuses less on actual street racing and cars but the story is what did it for me, it had alot of ties to the other movies..and this was a much matured cast compared to the first one.This movie did not...

Its a 2.5" extreme downpipe, and 3" Tanabe Racing medallion exhaust with testpipe. What do you suggest I should do? Get a new downpipe or just have the guy at the muffler shop make another flex pipe? THe flex section seems to be slightly more than 6 inches long. I forgot how long it is. But...

Happened to me in 2004. I was in 3rd gear redlining, tried to shift to 4th but it fell in 2nd..ended up bending all my valves..luckily pistons were fine..a few weeks later the bottom end went out.

So ever since I bought my car, ive noticed the exhaust has been extremely loud..and it rattles alot at the flex section. The car smells like exhaust all the time and my idle is sometimes a bit crappy. Doesnt go below 690RPM, it stays between 700-850. I do have hks 264/272 cams.However...
