    Wiggle around the connections.My car did the same exact thing with the MAFT. I wiggle the connector that attached to the GM MAF side off the connector a little bit and the light went away.Just play around w/ the plugs and that should get the light to go away.

    No problem.This is actually quite simple. Take it to a shop, have them cut off the pipe area with the bov flange, rotate it so the flange is pointed down, then voila.The shitty thing is, the cost of that might not justify the trouble of having it done.-R

    That pipe wasn't made for an ABS car. If it was, the BOV flange would be on the bottom.Also for your bracket problem, you could have just used washers instead of cutting that bracket.Get in touch with Dejon tool if you ordered it from them, maybe they could work something out...

    Dont worry, its not a big deal. Its a blowthru setup so its not like you'll have a boost leak in that area. At the WORST, you can suck in a bit of dirty air.The angle isn't too bad, just clamp down the hose clamp tight and it will seal just fine.
