I think your mechanic may be confused. You need an AFPR. They are a great thing to have as well. You can take your tuning to a new level. Oh and a big 16g is a fairly equal turbo to a t3/04 only the 16g will spool better.

when I had similar mods I ran a 14.406 at 94 but I have AWD. and as far as my top end being faster well that will come with time.

why do you have a 13g? and anyways I think that around 195ish to the wheels is fitting and probably around 235ish to the crank. you should be good for low 14's with some nice driving. Remember this is purely my guesstimate.

look at your fuses again there should be a 10 on the bottom right hand side that is for all of those lights and what not. if it ain't the fuse check the wires leading back from it. good luck.
