i am taking out the motor in my GST, and i have everything undone from the tranny, because i am only trying to take out the longblock. That doesnt seem to be possible, because i tried to raise the motor out, but it wont come out, it is still stuck on the tranny thing, i need to know what to do...
i am looking for the torque spec's for the head bolt, i cant find it on the internet, i need some help, but i need to find it pretty quick, thanks for the help hopefully
the other day i was driving along and my clutch got stuck rolling out in 1st gear. no problem, i got it back out and it was fine till about 5 miles later when it just stuck again and now it doesnt have enough pressure to engauge the clutch to get it into gear while crankedi just put a new...
i've checked over everything. and i just rebled it again with the new slave cylinder, i was told thats the problem so i replaced itit did NOT lose any fluid last night when it went out. which im thinking rules out the master cylinder, im going to try to adjust the master cylinder in the...
i just replaced the slave cyinder, and it didnt help any....it only did this while i tried to shift fast. any ideas of what would cause it? there aren't any leaks there isnt any air in the system.
i have adjusted them. it just all of a sudden lost pressure last night.the clutch fork isnt bent, its been rebled this morning (no air in it), no leaks inside or out.
so im driving home last night and i was pulling out from a stop light and the clutch pedal all of a sudden went out. and there wasnt enough pedal to get the car to change gears, so i had to 2nd gear it all the way back home.i just rebled it 3 times and there is still no clutch pedal...there...

well i went back outside for further inspection and found that a ic hose has came loose, but i dont understand why the brake cap thing woul dhave came off??? and why i lost my brakes? i dont get it

i had it torqued at 90 but it didnt seem to seal good, so i am going to try 100 and then mabey 110 soooooo ya know, the shop has it now, if they crack it or warp it, is there anything i can do?>
yeah that is the slave cylinder, i got a great site for tokico master and slave, i got both of those for 80 dollars shipped, but you need to bleed it if it has sucked all the fluid down
well i changed out the head gasket with a cometic( 3 layer metal ), and got the head resurfaced, (did check to see if it was cracked)was told that if it got someone resurfaced it they would have seen it, put everything back on and torqued to 90... and then took it to a shop to get it timmed and...
well i am about to use a cometic high pressure head gasket, and i was told to deck it at .10-.015 well it was decked at .015 will this be enough clearence or do i need a new head ????? help fast please

well got into my car pressed down on the clutch, it went to the floor, got out of the car, checked the fluid, fluid was gone, filled it up, check again later, it was gone, i didnt know where it was going, finally found it was on the inside of the firewall, what is the problem and how can i fix...

i am replacing the head gaset and i need to know what i need to get to get the head bolts off... i dont know exactly what they are mabey a hex, but if someone could tell me what is it and what size and possibly where i can get it i will be happy

alright i already have arp head bolts in there, i can probably reuse them ?!?!, but i will probably get an OEM one, will they have the metal one at the mitsu dealer?
my car has a bent oil pan, it was ran with a bent oil pan for a while before i had it. Well i just want to know if that can cause any problems at all, and if it can i need to buy a new one...also with a 6 bolt oil pan work on a 7 bolt?sorry i am new to dsm

well after this, i cant to realize, mitsu put it there for a reason, so therefor i should just leave it there, because it isnt hurting anything, and yeah it could break and break your timing belt, but there is also a chance that you could spontaniously combust.... so it is just a matter of opinon
i just want to know what i should to timing wise. I have rad all about it and it seems very very hard to do this... Should i take it to a shop and have them do it (mistu dealer). Or should i attempt to do it myself?? i need help!
