    Head Porting?

Only so much machining can be done to a cylinder head without the parts that will be installed. When I port a cylinder head, the head gets heated up, then the guides knocked out so the transition between the runners and the bowls can be addressed while porting. Once the port work is done the...

Unable to diagnose idle issue: new 6 bolt swap

Just went through a similar issue with a friend of mine. Turns out that the throttle shaft bushing was wasted and caused a vacuum leak. Have you tried using a pressure tester setup that presurizes your intake system from turbo inlet to throttle body?

Pass. axle very much seized in the hub. Suggestions?

well... if its frozen and the axle is still good. Why don't you leave it in there untill you have to replace it? I have found that a good penetrating oil, and a propane torch, combined with an Air Hammer will do the trick. My 2 cents. Good Luck!

    crankwalk options?

Reusing Head Gasket [Merged 2-8] headgasket reuse re-use re-using

Not that I would ever reuse a head gasket, but I've heard of several honda people resusing the aftermarket metal ones that they buy. They always use some kind of "HIgh temp copper" spray gasket. I'm not sure who makes it, but that would raise the chances for success in reusing your head gasket.
