Back with my last talon, I had an exhaust shop build my exhaust from O2 back. I supplied the muffler, flange for the DP and flex section, they charged me $90. That included the pipeing, bending it, welding it, etc...Not a bad deal at all imo. Ended up costing me around 200 for it all.And...

You will be more then fine with 272's or something equal. The idle sounds like you have a vacume leak but its just something to get used to. You will learn to like it eventually.

Well your running really really really lean. The higher over 100% you are, means your lean, and anything under 100% means your rich. Since your fuel trims are all way over 100%, you need to add fuel. Until you get an AFC or something to tune with, turn your boost down a little bit and go from...

IMO, I think that your problem is because of the AFC. Your telling the ECU that there is so much less air flow then what there really is and its causing a lot of timing and knocking. 650's are about the max for a AFC. So maybe try getting some smaller injectors or going Standalone.cody
