hello, I have a 95 eclipse GS auto sitting in the driveway broken. The car has a tranny problems and needs a new ECU for charging problems. Got waterpump replaced and head rebuilded about an year and half ago, and didnt ride too much after that. My car has been broken for some time now...
the only alternators with regulators built in is the GST and other turbo models. The non turbos dosent have the regulator built in.

Okay, its been a while since i posted..but. Could it be the ECU that is causing the battery to not charge? Since regulators in NT cars dont have the regulators built into the ECU. The wires are new.THE alternator is putting out power.But it isnt charging the battery.

i tested my battery and alternator and turns out fine. but my car still wouldnt start. would it be better to take it to several places to get it checked?
okay i tested the voltage output. the voltage is lower with the engine turned on. If i turn off the engine and measure the battery, its higher. I cant tell how much voltage it is cause my multimeter is pretty cheap and i cant really tell the numbers(dont think its accurate)

okay.. i jumped the car.. and let it start. unhooked the jumper cables. then i went to the battery. i tried to take off the positive wire. When i moved it/turn it a lil bit, the car just shut off. so that means its the alternator thats bad...

When I took it for a drive the first time, it was fine.
But one day, when i would press the brake, it would make this grinding noise from the back.
My rotors are drilled and slotted. Could it be that you need different type of brake...
Okay, i was able to get the guide bolts off. The next problem is.. the mouting bots. those other part of da caliper that needs to come off in order to take the rotors out. I got the top bolt off, but the one on da bottom wont budge.. maybe i dont have the right tools? It dosent have enuff...

I dont think the shop will ask for alot to put on the rotors. Maybe get new brakes along with that.

Okay, I was just wondering. From a stop, and when you step on da GAS, how much does the RPM go up? lets say.. to get to 40mph. what is the rpm for the first gear? and how long does it take to go from 1- 40 (normal driving conditions)

oh~ well i used that hose and did it. Not much smoke, maybe cause it was only going into 3 cylinders? You have to pour it in till it stalls? I just poured it in till it was shaky and let it idel normal and then put in some more. Maybe I should redo it.

When I got my car, the splash guard wasnt there for the front left tire. I ven driving in the rain and etc for several months now and its fine. Anyone know where i can get a spare? I want to put it on cause it dosent look so good without it. And who knows itll prolly protect the inside.

I didnt see anything that looked liked a filter.The twin speakers are 200watts and the sub is 700watts. So I dont think the speakers will get damaged or anything. Im not tryin to make the car SHAKE with the base. I just want some good sounding system.
I tried out the speakers without any of those capacitors and it sounded loud and clear. The only thing is that the wooder does not give off enough base. So if I were to put in the capacitor and the other little thing needed, It would give the woofer a better base by it self?Where can I get...
Yea it will be the tri mode.
The woofer wires will be connected with the other two speakers. So all three will be working together. So the diagram said to use a capacitor and the inductor.
When i turn my keys to the ON position, all the lights flashes and goes away, except the OIL LIGH. Is this normal? When I turn on the egnine, it goes away.
