i don't see a point in putting in the kevlar belt if your gonna have to change the pulleys anyway after 60k. Might as well just put the regular one in and save the cash. IMO.

I even tried calling HKS to get a wireing skematic to see where they land, but they don't have it. I don't understand how a company can make a product and not have a skematic for it?
I need some help hooking up my VPC. The wires on the main harness that connects to the ECU to the VPC unit itself. I need to know where to connect the red, grey, black, brown, blue and the white. The original ower just had it spliced in. I don't know if it's connected right. Thanks for you help.

Does upgrading to a larger fuel rail make any differences on a stock car? I have the normal mods(fuel pump, manual boost control, .....) I plan on upgrading to 550cc injectors and some type of fuel management.I have a 16g turbo too. Is the fuel rail gonna make a noticable difference?
Hmmm. Well, i ordered a new turbo about 2 weeks ago. I guess when i take the old one off and inspect it, i'll find out if that's the problem. thanks for the info. BTW, i check the intake tube and it was clean.
I start the car. Runs fine. No smoke. I'll let it run for about 10 mins and give it a little gas, and i get smoke. I almost positive it smells like buring oil. Could i have a bad seal in the turbo? Any opinions? Thanks
The have some Non-turbo 4g63 2.0 motors on ebay. Could i take one of those motors in my 90 talon TSI, and just swap the turbo and the cams? It's the same exact block, right? Any thought's?
it will run fine. It won't mess with the o2 sensor cause it's after it. My muffler shop won't take out the cat for a million dollars cause of the strick laws in NY. i got the high flow cat for emissions and a test pipe to change it out.
