Is there any specific soap i should use when prepping my leather seats for dye? On the can it says "wash with soap and water", bust doesnt recommend and specific types. Would i be ok with dish soap, or should i use somethign else?

If it just needs to be rebuilt you can get a rebuild kit off ebay and do it yourself. If it needs a new compressor wheel you could probably find a small 16g wheel on ebay without too much trouble too.

I know you can get harnesses for just about any type of bulb at autozone. You could probably get a harness for 9006 or 9005 bulbs and splice it in.

So i'm going to be installing this 14b tonight, but there is a stud stuck in the exhaust housing. SHould i just drill it out and re-tap the hole, or try to pull it out using vice grips and pb blaster? Is there any other way to get studs out?

I'd agree, flat bottom wheels will give you more clearance by your knees. I know i and most everyone else who i know that has a DSM needs it.

I would torque them normally, 90-100ft/lbs.

For some wild paint you should check out www.alsacorp.com They have some cool paints.Personally I would go wit a House of Kolors Kandy or pearl coat. Maybe tangerine Kandy, or black with a red or blue pearl.You can do some crazy things with paint. Be adventerous.

Nice attempt, but in the end you fell short IMO.I would have used some MDF, as it has better acoustic properties than that glued plywood stuff. I probably would have thrown some vinyl, or at least carpet over top of that bad boy.

Paint made for cooking grills will work. That wont impede heat transfer at all.
