Did you put a new tensioner in, I would hope/believe so. You will have to check how bad the dings are in the actual pistons to determine if you need new pistons.Mike
Send a complaint to Paypal. Worse that could happen is you can get your money back and buy another one. If he isnt listen or responding then you will have some indication of what your intent is.Mike
I agree with you on some parts, I will buy an Ebay intercooler as I did, I did purchase the wastegate because it was cheap from a local guy and I needed it right away. I wouldnt ever buy Obx/SSA Rods, Pistons, Turbo's.
I play quite abit. I mainly play with a group of 18, two nine person tables. Buy in is 20 a person, top 3 pay. I am only 20 but as soon as I turn 21 I will be enjoying alot of time at the new Horseshoe casino in town.
The JmFab just went up in price too. The Driven Inn. is a quality looking piece, but if he trying to sell them without the prestige of a Magnus or Ams he may want to start off with a lower price/
Yeah remember that One guy that ran that, but numerous people have done it with Aem, Dsmlink, Afc. You have all that invested into your setup and your still contemplating getting some type of Fuel control. Please invest the some into a fuel controller.
Thats currently what I am doing on my AGP rs60t. I have got a South florida performance manifold and just a normal t3 63 ar housing. I have seen upwards of 35hp on high boost by just switching housings, manifold, and o2 housing.
Agree on number 1. Disagree on number two. Everyone always decides to upgrade way to early. 14b with all supporting mods hauls ass. Now if you getting any higher then 22psi its worthless.
Blow thru isnt the great invention ever. You can vent, but be careful whenever you drive your car in high humidity. Blow thru will not be the same day to day.
I would stay away from this turbo. Like stated, Fp sleeper 16g is a good choice, and so many think a Evo316g is so much better then the 20g, tell me how many Evo 3s are in the 10 or 11s for that matter. 20g is a proven turbo for serious times.
Get a wideband, that will tell you what you can run. Also, if you have a datalogger like mentioned use that to check Idc. But your clutch is most likely not going to hold any type of power. Good luck :thumb:
Ask them if you can have it checked out a mechanic, A simple compression test and leakdown test can tell you if its a good deal or not. It may cost you a little extra, but its better then wasting 5995
I would say go with a 50 trim. I have seen a 2 2gs with 50 trims hit 300+ at 19 psi. Granted spool isnt going to be there like the E316G, but whats an extra 500 rpms? But they also both had upgraded cams, one with stock 1g head with 272s(320@19psi), the other with 1g built head, comp cams, and...
Wow, anytime a Vendor in any business says its the best, they wouldnt be lying to sell a product. Also, I have a ported 2g manifold, sitting next to the Sbr, the Sbr looks to have a tiny collector. :rocks:
