Hey group does anyone else have an issue with their moonroof rattling and wanting to lift at higher speeds? I am having this issue now. I know there is a spring on the handle, I will try to replace with a stronger spring. Also open to suggestions. Thanks.

Is the decel vibration related to braking? For example warped rotors or does it do it when braking and not braking?

I know, I took a gamble and it paid off. They were extremely helpful and from my conversation with them still have some love for DSMs.

UPDATE: Problem solved. Just got off the phone with RRE and they are going to make me a downpipe with the proper flange and angle.Thanks to everyone who responded and tried to help!

Hey group I have an evo3 O2 installed and having issues with downpipe hitting transfer case. I know the angle is different but does anyone sell a compatible downpipe or know a work around to get it to fit properly? It's for 1G AWD by the way.

So I noticed the car makes a thump in the rear when I shift from 1st to 2nd. If I accelerate slowly there is no thumping but moderate to fast you can hear it. I did a visual inspection and the rubber on the carrier bearings look very worn. Does JNZ still carry the driveshaft rebuild kit? Also...

Well I found a remanufactured 1G alternator rated at 100 AMPS so no modifications required as in the Saturn alternator - which is also a great unit from what I read.Any mods besides upgrading the fusible link to 100 Amps?

Hey folks I noticed my car will be hard to start sometimes, recently replaced battery with new unit.I tested the voltage on the battery at idle and it reads a steady 14V, with the head lights on it drops to about 13V and with the headlights and A/C on it drops even further to approx. 11.5V...

Also when in gear and the car is not accelerating as it should are the RPMs going up? or do the RMPs not want to increase?

Any recent changes to the setup prior to this condition? For example new injectors, MAF, etc..?

Hey folks setup consists of Evo-3 turbo, walbro 190, ETS street FMIC, FIC 650s, and S-AFC. I'm having problems dialing-in the 650s....with boost set at 20psi and S-AFC set to -38 from 3200rmp - 7000-rpm the car is still running rich. Did boost leak test and car holds 30psi steady...Anyone else...
