It doesn't take running alot of boost to do this. I have seen it happen at 16psi on a 16g. Some also claim that you can set up the maf-t a certain way so the condensation doesn't touch the wires.

What helped my eclipse with maf-t damp weather running problems was one of those filter covers, not sure of real name but they are kind of like a bag that wraps around your air filter and keep water out.

Wish I had better pictures of the exhaust Lucas and Crew built for my car, but here is the one that I do have. The fact that the whole tbe was only $550 still amazes me. I drive 2.5hrs to English Racing when I get work done, in the 4yrs Ive had them do work, I have ZERO regrets or complaints...

I have not dynoed yet, its a really simple build on a bone stock 7bolt motor, no cams or anything. The tune is done with 0 knock so it could be pushed some more but its not worth it to me right now. 60fts have been between 1.70-1.80. This was also only my second time to the track with the car...

The injectors are doing fine, duty cycles are under 70%. Seem to be a perfect match. Car runs great.

I know of a few cars that have ran high 11s on the evo3, including a GVR4. I think high 11s with an auto 2g should be very doable, one guy has ran 11.7 with an evo3 in a 5spd fullweight 2g.

I have seen numerous 1gs, gvr4s, 2gs put down atleast 350whp with a evo 3 16g. They were done on racegas or pump/meth.

i got stock motor with 55k miles, strong engine, i have the evo 16g, intake, 3inch exh, 3inch downpipe, ported evo o2, manifold, and soon to get 660 injectors, ems, greddy 24r.how much boost should the motor handle without being built up and this is runnning the pump 91 octane.

GSTs aren't worth nearly as much as a GSX and a GST is a dime a dozen, very easy to find.

I paid 12.5k for it. The seller had all the paperwork and reciepts from the day they bought the car. It was owned by a female in her late 20s, she was super anal with the car.

I ran the 255 in my 2g for a couple years with a stock FPR. Never had any problems, car ran great.

whats your setup? 16g? If so on pump I would imagine ~300whp.

Im pretty sure they got tuned by John Reed, John no longer works at TQF, he works at RREV.If you gonna come to Portland for dsm, go nowhere but EnglishRacing.

All you need to tune is a street tune, any good tuner can tune just a good on the street and safer than he can on the dyno.

The 13.3 isnt on 260hp, its more like ~350whp. I just havent updated it lately. But the car has alot more in it i was pulled 2.4 60fts which is horrible and I wasnt able to practice much cause they wouldnt let me run faster then 13.5

I was able to pull a 13.3 and then i got kicked out cause you need a roll cage if your a convert running under a 13.5. My car still has alot more in it, i trapped at 109 on a blown evo III. Im running the quaife, and drag radials. Great combo.

from an evo III to a 20g is a weak worthless upgrade. I really dont see a point.If your gonna upgrade atleast go more then a tiny bit bigger the evo is very comparable to the 20g except well it spools quicker.

about 10-15miles north of salem, called woodburn they have drags every weekend but not always normal car drags, then portland about hour north has portland international raceway which has late night drags every fri and sat for anyone.

i have the 550s now and with stock smic i put down 260hp ant 275 tq, now have fmic, and more mods and i was running psi and i still am. the 550s will work but if you got maft and safc go with 650
