This issue w/ the wiring harness is it is a complete underhood harness, its not like hondas where you take the harness off w/ motor. The eclipse harness is all one peice.

First, if you run a 20g, then your looking for serious power, You might want to go 3". Truthfully though, is this a daily driver? you may want to go 2.5, for some drivability issues.

Well, I own both an eclipse and an mr2 turbo. I run a 20g on the eclipse, and took the stock mr2 turbo. and polished and clipped it, the eclipse is a little ruff in traffic. Thinking about the greddy 18G.

I paid 40-50 for the pipe and 70 for the BOV. That was about four+ years ago. I'll take 40+shipping and I can COD if you want to do that.

It definitly sounds like an ignition issue. I had the same thing going on to my car. I would slam it down and BOG down. Low fuel, retarded timing. Had to change one coilpack.

Yes, you can tee into BOV, or you can just run one to the waste gate anf one to the turbo. either way, so its reading vacum. It will read it more acurately off the turbo I would think.

Sounds like a cracked or warped head. I don't think it has anything to do w/ the bottom end.

Well, it can be an ongoing battle. I have a daily driven one. Its not a drop in. I recomend just a 1g motor, not the JDM motors.

I once changed a turbo in someones front yard, well it sucked and coolant leaked every f'n where, next thing I knew I was staring a city enviro. employee in the face. It wasn't great, but, if you just undo one of the bolts on the ac unit itself no one will know and no one will see.

EGT helps monitor only one thing, EGTs! but how you read it is important, it tells you alot, well it reads only in temp, high. low. or just right. With this info, you can troubleshoot problems in motor.
