On my 1995 eagle talon 420a I found a vacuum hose coming from my egr leading to my intake an it seems to be melted can this cause any problems??

I have a 95 talon esi (420) and am dealing with this weird rpm hesitation every time I go on a drive it drives fine but when I come to a stop then go it revs all the way up to like 7k and barely acceleration then eventually it gets up to speed what causes this ?

I’m in the process of removing the fuel filter in my 1995 eagle talon esi and the top bolt I can crack easily but the bottom bolt is a mf too get off I tried wd-40 to loosen things up but no luck any suggestions??

I was thinking about buying new headers but not sure what to go with. I found some nice stuff on ebay which are the only headers I can find. I wanted to know if these turbo headers will fit a 420a, eBay says they will but need to be 100% sure the fit will be correct is anyone running these ?
