you shouldnt worry about how loud your exhaust is going to be. you should worry about performance your exhaust is going to add. I would suggest getting a atleast 2.5 inch turboback before you decide you want to dump. IMO

I suggest adding a front mount or air to water intercooler somewhere along the list. Also to be safe i would get bigger injectors around 850cc or so, and dont cheap out on the head, get the springs.. Remember that "what ever you put in it is what you will get back" so dont try to take shortcuts...

well i dont know much about the afdx intercoolers but i can say that the design isnt to bad. i built my front mount with with the inlet and outlet on the same side. It seems like the piping is 10 ft long but i still hit full boost by 3900-4000 on my rs60.

iam not understanding what you are saying...the stock oil feed line comes from the cylinder head not the block. and it really depends how bad you stripped it. you can taper it if its not to bad.

Alright you should look on your logger all the fuel trims. Adjust the BASE knob to keep the total trim between 80%-100% during steady state driving 35-45mph. If you wanna lean out the fuel curve set the AUX/BASE to a larger injector size. after you lean out the whole fuel curve you can add fuel...
