Installed a new TPS and at the lowest direction in ECMlink, the volts are showing 2.3 and the highest is showing 2.78. how do I get it to show .63 so I can have it reading correctly in ECMlink without adjusting the settings?

After a couple months of diagnosis and boost leak tests car is finally idling. Took it for a drive and just doesnt seem right especially after all the upgrades I've done since its been down. Is coolant supposed to come out of here when I fill it? I thought it was an oil feed line since it's on the oil pump? Or am I dumb af and missing something?
