Its a big mishimoto intercooler. Works fine.. fits well.. just needed a little fabrication off the bumper..and that big black plastic/ urethane piece behind the license plate.

Install / put back the metal engine hook, and make a metal heat shield plate between the alternator and turbo. Its useful.

Yes. First thing: check ecu. The symptons of the mfi relay is because of a bad ecu. ( might be )

Or ,,you can measure the voltage on the sensor connector during cranking. Is there 12V ..or not?

What brand / type of crankshaft sensor did you buy? Because.. some poor aftermarket stuffs sometimes doesn't work..at all.Better choice an used, but working oem sensor.

Do you hear clicking noise..from the MFI / FUEL PUMP RELAYs ? Did you check them?

This is the easiest way to config / setup everything. Expensive , but worth it. ;-)

Also had to make a shortcut with the pink wire from the obd2 connector into the ecu. ( leave out the antitheft modul from the circuit). It was necessary because of the ecmlink communication. Without this shortcut, it was unable to communicate.

Check this pictures. I had to swap the 8 & 22 pins at the ecu. ( marked with red ). And I also had to change the spark wires. And some important settings in the ecmchip/ link program before the start.
