When I start from a stop weird winneing sounds starts then going in to rattle thing thou it was my bumper sense one side was just hang there but I bolted up and still there little to no rattling when idle

Is for sure outside the car the most but I do smell it on the in side will have to check the fuel pump gasket and idk on the evap or charcoal canister

Ok so I pulled the fuses and put the correct ones in so it is the same as the pic but something not right with that because now my idle is revving up then dropping like the air control valve is messed up so all in all the car is running worse so idk
