I put ARP head bolts in last september, Im pulling hy head again, do I need new bolts??

Im going to be pulling my head on my 2G because I strongly suspect shot valve seals. Does anyone know a place online the has a head pulling tutorial or walkthrough? Im going to pull the head myself and then take it to get the seals replaced. Thanks

I just put in the Greddy e01, but kept my old autometer boost gauge installed. My eo1 reads a -9 or 10 at idle, my other reads -20 @ idle. There is about about a five or six pound difference in boost as well. (the autometer being higher) Who do I believe.PS the eo1 rocks ass.
