I had a cv shaft go out (broken joints or whatever) and i replaced both of them but now when i try to go the car just makes a BUMPBUMPBUMPBUMPBUMPBUMPBUMP noise and just shakes, neither shaft will move.. this is a FWD 5 speed non turbo by the way. Could something gone wrong in my tranny? Please...
I had a friend who thought "double clutching" was tapping the throttle with the clutch pedal up inbetween switching gears.... his tranny was gone about 3 weeks laterdo what I just told you but dont hit the throttle, and that is real double clutching, it helps save your synchros
let me know. those plain parts right there should get you like 175hp tuned correct and then you should reach like 210 if you fix up your int/exhgood luck!
I've seen many pictures of import cars drag racing and Ive seen that a few have the passenger side headlight not in.... is this some sort of habit that drag racers do and if so, why?
Im not talking TRUE DUAL im talking split pipe, the only problem with that is backpressure,correct? so if you have 2 really small pipes, how much different is that than one? can you guys explain rather than say just no?
Say you wanted a dual exhaust, besides stuff being in the way, could you run a 2.5 inch pipe that splits into two 1.5 inch pipes and have about same performance or something?
turbo would be easier but you probably could build an N/A 14 second car. Get nice tires. OK now take apart the engine and get higher compression pistons, port everything, get a cai, headers, and intake, get cam gears, cams, and underpulley system, lighten up the car a bit.. then you will MAYBE...
As stated - the engine temp meter was all the way hot right before I shut it off... BIG puff of steam when I opened the hood and it looks like coolant is boiling out? dont know but its funky.... I dont want to drive it cuz it overheats like a bish... whats the problem? :cry:

are you talking about the slight popping noise that happens after you rev it while the revs are decreasing? I have that sound and I LOVE ITits like RRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIPPPPPPP *POP.......pop..popopop*
