Gotcha but do you put any RTV on the turbo side i.e. right on the bottom of the turbo? Is it too hot there?I had success with RTV in the past, seems to help seal up any surface imperfections, but I forgot if it was done on the turbo side or not...

Those that used RTV did you use it on the turbo side as well?

On a related note, Should I pull the valve cover and pour oil over the cams, or just forget it and crank the starter to lube it a little first?

That's great man, good to see still see people running this turbo. Normally I would not hesistate to pay them the $100 for the port job, FP does the highest quality porting job you can find. Except the lead time I was quoted 2-3 weeks to do the port job but I wanted the turbo right away...

Hey guys I looked at the turbo it definitely looks like they already machined whatever needed on the outlet to fit the larger wastegate and turbine wheel!To remove the turbine housing, I know it's just needed remove the clamp, but there is a key way so it goes back same angle as before?

It will damage the tranny.Just get all 4 prothane mounts installed and it will not hop.

Don't do it, they are not meant for that kind of heat. They release corrosive gas at higher temperature.People use it for the intake pipe and that's marginally acceptable, but IC pipe is definitely not a good idea.
