you no what i think your right and i think i need to change out my intercooler when the old turbo blew the seals went and the bearing went and all the oil went out the exhaust i bet that intercooler still has oil in it i minds well just order a new one and change it out

thanks there is power going to the wire very little looks like 4 volts it reads no power when i have the blower nob off i click it to the first setting and i got about 4 volts i turn it up all the way and the power still holds at about 4 volts very odd

You where correct the motors where locked up and as you stated must have been from the top leaking and water getting down there I have them removed for now untill I get new ones I am able to freely put the top down and back up that is again
