so I’ve searched the forums and I do see there is a few posts about how to fix this... but nothing with any clear step by step directions, or even better a possible video?I’m going to attempt to fix this myself so any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated:) thank you in advance
Awesome! This is exactly what I was hoping for. I’ve been afraid to just yank them off ... for obvious reasons... but being able to see the back side of one definitely helps out a lot! Thank you very much. Now I can fix this properly:)
ive been trying to find some information on how to remove the exterior body panels.... the previous owner of mine had taken them off and used some type of adhesive to attach them back on. Looks like shit. I recently ordered some clips to put them back on properly but I can’t find a thing on the...
I’ve done this, and will continue to do this.Worked great at getting the lifter tic to go away in my old Saab 9000 turbo, also I use it after every oil change in my Safari...Half half a bottle in the fuel tank and half right into the crank case
currently have a 93 talon 5speed manual with 2.0 NT, found a 90 laser 2.0 turbo. What I was thinking was I could simply take the engine and tranny and swap them into my talon...The biggest reason is the talon body is in great shape, and the laser is not. The owner of the laser says the engine...
Plugs are torqued correct 100% (unless my torque wrench is f***ed) I’ll double check with another wrench now though to verify. And the plugs and wires were the best I could buy from Napa.Don’t make sense... ♂️ Lol
Turns out you were right, control arm bushing.... also apparently it’s easier to just replace the entire part rather than just the bushings. To be honest I’m presently surprised at how affordable the parts are. Hopefully have them by the weekend and be doing the job this weekend:)Thanks for...
That was the first thing I did lol but I’ll get t figured out today as I’ll be putting her up on jack stands and pulling the wheel off to get a closer look at what it might be...

Thanks for the reply...
so I just put on new rims and tires, but upon closer inspection I can see that the rear passenger side wheel is sticking out further than the opposite side.... or I suppose maybe the drivers side is perhaps pushed in more cause the offset on my rims actually pushed out the fronts as well. I’ve...

Well I decided to buy the part anyways cause it was on sale for $10 :) good thing too cause it was a twisty caliper. Once I figured out how to remove the E-Brake it was probably the easiest brake pad change I’ve ever done lolThanks for the response:)
hello everyone, this is my first post on the forums. Been reading quite a bit off of here this past two weeks. And it’s seems I should have bought a TSI lolAnyways I bought just a ES version of the talon, no turbo.... :( but it’s still a lot of fun to drive! :)So I’ve replaced plugs...
