That's probably why. 22 lbs felt too little for me so I usually torque them to 25 lbs but this time i went 28 lbs

To be honest with the amount of space I was working with, and the time on my hands the heli coils were done decent. My guess is the threads holding the heli coils broke. Or maybe I torqued the bolts too hard. I was torquing the bolts to 28 lb of pressure

No wonder the threads inside where the stud goes had oil in it felt like it was too much oil to be honest. Just to make sure the site said the end bolts that are bigger on each bottom sides of the exhaust manifold wont fit so you need to drill or make bigger correct ?

Ohh ok I felt like there would be something integrated in the cars system that would make it ok to step on the throttle and not have worries about the fuel. I did as you're sayi but the most it would peak at was 75 psi and would go down to 60.

TK106 Tomorrow morning the belts will start coming off to eliminate potential problems and torquing exhaust manifold (leaking) again. When I removed crank pulley it looked in mint conditions but maybe a pulley came out bad and started wearing it out rapidly. My belt did feel less tense 2 days...

I thought the tester would've been ok since it looked new I'm guessing it isn't working accuraty. I removed the spark plug connection although the fuel pump relay or fuse was still intact. I couldn't find it didn't think itd be a big issue unless I tried starting it too much .

I'm having a noise by the water pump as well tk106. The 2 wheels for the alt and power steering belts weren't bolted tight on the water pump creating a little noise it faded after I tightened but it is still present affecting the TOB noise.
