got the brakes done on all 4. cleaned up as much rust as i could from wheel wells and rubberized them. Painted calipers and wheels too. Cut the bov dump tube, new spark plugs, oil, filter, replaced biss screw o-ring, snugged up all the clamps.. anyone else experience sporadic grinding noises...
my 1st DSM I bought after deployment to Iraq in 09'. It was a super riced 1g. body kit, neon underglow, painted interior etc. It also had a t28, safc, front mount ic etc. Anyway my dumb@ss starts buying parts like fast and furious just came out.. all without doing maintanence and tune-up basics...
Everything looks good as far as belts and hoses. Just installed k&n drop in filter, evo 8 BOV, hallman mbc, & cheap boost gauge. Will be changing oil, replacing plugs/ wires, checking timing as well as cleaning the ic & tb. Put a yellow top optima battery in it too because the one in it crapped...
