Ok i checked the compression i had 155 on both 1,2 and sadly 90 on 3,4 so tear off the head probably tommrow will post pictures and probably check the valves and make sure everythings ok there and if no guess ill work my way into replacing my piston rings

My stepdad over looked a fuse for the actual motor and i took of the power transmitter and cleaned it and hooked it back up but ive capped off most of the vaccum hoses that werent ran and ran my blow off vavle into the nippl on the throttle body
