There is a small line on the filler neck... when it feels pressure it shuts off the flow of gasoline. If it goes above this it gets into the evap system and maybe that's why you smell gas.
DO NOT...paint your seats... It may look okay in the beginning, but after a while you won't be happy.

When I told my friends I was buying a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GT...they all looked at me funny, like what the hell you want that for. Then, when they saw the car, they said ...that is a sharp looking car. I have been offered $10 grand for my baby, but It's not for sale. Not too many...

I'm kind of bias towards 2 Fast 2 Furious for reasons that are obvious. I will drop in if someone has a helicopter and the proper rigging.... Kidding :tease::tease::tease:ROFL
Being able to slide the window back and forth like that tells me the glue that holds the window to the bottom track has let go. Lower the window down, but not all the way. You still want to be able to grab the glass… Lift the glass out of that track and clean it as best you can. Use black...
According to Auto Custom Carpets, the colours were black...mist grey and medium beige... Have a look at this website, and it will give you the colour choices for the different years.

If you want to reseal your convertible top, this is the product to use. I have been using it for years and great results every time. The way I do it is to pour the liquid into a plastic container and use a three-inch paint brush to apply... Apply from windshield to rear window and then from side...
In the pic, it looks like there is a sleeve of some sort where the two shoes meet. Can that be removed to give more room for the shoe to come in a bit.
I don't know what more I can tell you. The website shows that those rotors do not fit your car. If you're trying to pull off a Jonny Cash, then it will be trial and error.

It is my understanding there is a special tool needed to adjust the Biss screw, so I am wondering how you did this or do you have the tool? Without the tool, they say to screw it in all the way and then two complete turns back out. It's a matter of trial and error.
So the kid comes up to his dad and says, can I borrow the car. Pop says sure, son...when you bring up your grades and get your hair cut. A couple of months later he says dad, take a look here at this report card. The son had brought up his grades..He said but you still need to cut your hair. The...
There will be haters. At a car's and coffee one weekend, there was a guy in a brand-new Mustang talking trash about my car...He was pointing out the stone chips and the crack in my bumper lip. A nice lady from our group told him he was an asshole... so what…you bought a new car... Let's see what...

I waited two days for my car cover to dry from the rain… I was about to take it off, and it began to rain again. Looking at the bright side ...the farmers are happy.
I don't know if the Mitsubishi does this but on the big three, there is a number stamped on the door locks and the glove box. If it's there, take that number and have a key cut...It won't start the car because of the immobilizer... Worth a try
It's difficult to see your problem in the pictures you supplied. You might try to replace the nut and bolt at the front of the fender where it meets the bumper.
There is a cable that comes from the key that goes to the side of the shifter... If that is not set right, the key can not be removed… This picture should give you a better idea ...
Welcome to the site @Mmmmrspicy ...interesting username... I thought I was stuttering...lol
I agree with Steve... get after that rusted shock tower before your project is not worth working on.
Hopefully you can do a bit of wet sanding to get rid of the clear coat fade, but I would not worry...
Fixed the flat tire I found on the front end. Enough air leaked out that it broke the bead… I could not get my jack under the car because it has been lowered. Bought a 2x6x8 and cut it in half. Drove up onto the first one …then the second and was able to get jack under… My car sits 3 and a half...

Maybe you could search for yourself. I typed in Automotive Rubber Plugs and this is what I found and many more.
I have installed many Katzkin interiors. I have not had the pleasure of installing anything in the Mitsubishi, but I am sure the covers would be just a great as everything else I have worked with. Talk to a sales rep and tell them what you want, and they will provide an excellent cover for you...
I guess that look is up to the individual person... I think they look cool. I get teased a bit for my Spiders, but I like it and that's all that matters.
