Ok I ordered a new mpi relay and it will be here in 2-3 days, the mpi relay is getting REALLY hot like can’t keep your finger on it for more than 5 seconds hot, so I’m almost sure that it’s either a bad ground or the mpi relay itself so which grounds should I check?

I drew a line with sharpie down the whole rotor and the only place it’s making contact is a small portion of the parking brake not even the whole thing, I’m so confused because it gets so loud when I turn left only and just barely touches when I drive straight you can barely hear it.
i replaced my rear rotors and now my parking brake is dragging on the rear right wheel. it drags on the new rotor and the old rotor.
