For those who care, the problem for me wasn't the gear solenoids, it was the TCU! I replaced gear solenoids 1 & 2 and problem still persisted. I ordered a used TCU off Ebay and were back to normal shifting and operation!!!

So "Thursday" turned out to happen today, 3 months later because I bought a Fiesta ST LOLI cleaned the connection point and installed the aftermarket Glow Shift Gauge. The pointless stock gauge works much better than before and the aftermarket really highlights how useless the stock gauge...

I wound up getting a small 5" pair of 90* needle nose pliers and it did the trick, got it down nice and tight, no more window rattle or anything!

Damn, every 2,000 miles of DD use? Am I Crazy but I definitely don't change my oil that frequently.... I use Mobil 1 high mileage synthetic 5W30 and change it every +/-7K... I also add a little bit of lucas heavy duty oil stabilizer and engine oil stop leak just to be safe since its got 69k...
