Sorry for the late reply been working a lot lately, the kit was ordered online and I'm not the person who ordered it. It came with my car. I determined I'm just going to use the old ring I need to replace the one that broke and eventually put forged internals after I get some money saved up.
I broke 2 of my brand new rings... I can't get individual rings as far as I've found. The pistons are exact same bore and same with the rings. It's just an oem rebuild kit.. And I really don't feel like going and buying another full set of rings for 100+ $....

did you check your plugs? try taking a set of wires out of another vehicle you know is running and try that, i dont think a coil pack would go out instantly like that.. guessing its probably plugs or wires.. also check to see if your fuel pressure regulator is hooked into your vacuum lines...
i replaced the head gasket, i triple checked my timing and its not missing at all, ran perfect before hand now it dosent.. My temp sensor got bent a little bit on the frame but it bent right back ony was a small little tweak.. could it really have done that much?

If there's too much pressure inside the oil pan it could prevent the pistons from moving up and down. Drain it and then drop the pan. Try turning it slowly by hand to completely drain all the water out. Then put the pan and plug back in and add new oil.
It's very possible you need a full rebuild, however I would start by taking off the heads and see if there's a piston out of place then try turning the motor by hand. If you still can't then your probably going to have to pull your crank shaft out as well as your pistons and check that. Only...
If you dont know how to check for timing marks here are a few refrences, by the bent valves it usually means timing is off. and if your pulling your motor you might aswell check these right away too. Cant hurt.
possibly somthing bent between the motor and transmission? Judging by the other comments and not being able to physically see the car or a video of any of the sounds id pull of the transmission and start the car. maybe there is somthing binding in the transmission or the clutch isnt aligned...
