I have the gen 3 SM-AFR and dm-6, with the Bosh 4.9 sensor I believe. From my experience, the gauge has never displayed a number for the sensor health or reaction time. I might have to mess with it tonight or wait a little bit for it to figure out the health/reaction.

I actually did something similar in my Honda. Bought some 2.5" flat aluminum stock and bent it in my vice. Not perfectly refined, but the mount was mostly hidden behind the extinguisher anyway. If you go this route, remember to allow room for the seat to be adjusted.

Welcome. You picked up what looks to be a gem! The AWD turbo is a great platform. I'd look into recirculating your BOV (blow off valve) first. Also I think the "T" in the BOV's vacuum source is unnecessary, a singular vacuum line run to the intake manifold should suffice.
