I would say 300-330ish hp. Depends on the rest of your set up and tune.
People have ran in the 10s with fp 3065 and fp 3586 and similar turbos, on just pump... but.... a) they drive like some bats out of hell. B) the rest of there set up is up to par. Also weight reduction.

I know its not Morocoo but I tried building a dsm in Mexico... it was a bust... parts all had to be special ordered from out of the country and shipping was just crazy. If any parts were defective I had to pay for shipping all over again...

Ignore that arm thing for now.
I swapped a 90 trans in a 92 only changed the bracket, adjusted cables and it shifted as it should. I did this style swap twice with out issue.. at that time I didn't know I could use a 2g trans up to 96... and for whatever reason I always came across 90 dsm parts...
Yes it will. You will need to swap the shift arms and brackets located on the trans. 90 and 92 will have slightly different linkage. If you swap without doing this have fun shifting haha. It's an easy task though.Also on Google all I do is type in a few key words... always start with dsm...
I did this once. Didn't change anything.
Remember pumps say may contain up to 10% ethonal.... this could mean you tuned on 2% ethonal. The amount it could vary is not large enough to really be noticable.But why pay more for pure gas?? For no benefit. You might go from 20mpg to 20.1mpg. Haha...
If that 2g was located in seattle I would buy it for 3k... with the intention to 6 bolt swap, rebuild trans and go through the suspension. It looks really clean in and out. If the underside is clean.... sold haha.

Their really isn't much to a t case, just get a rebuilt unit from jacks.
Completely stock unit will take 500whp mid 400's torque. the stock trans on the other hand will be toast.When you get to 500+whp the tcase will be the last thing your thinking about haha. I don't know your setup.. but...
I have only heard of a few dsms that tried that system. There is a thread with a similar question and everyone was against it, a member replied to that thread with tons of detail and proven facts as to why that system is not a good option for us... It's more of a supra thing.
People install taps on the top of the cover because it's A) easy to make a hole and weld in the AN fitting. B) you can install a bigger fitting. C) some people like the look better.If mounted on the side of the cover the fittings can't be as large. But People do put large fittings on the side...

External wastegate only if your exhaust mani or o2 housing is set up for it. If the o2 housing is not setup for external and exhaust mani is block the wastegate port on the mani and just run the internal wastegate on turbo. save some money.

I keep my keys separate.1 House key and 1 vehicle key.. I only take the key ring I need... leave the rest at home. I would always bend them... due to the nature of my work. I hate having 15 keys in one set haha.
Everytime I bent a dsm key it would develop a crack when vent back. I had one snap...
Adjust the master cylinder/threaded rod sounds like you need to extend it some more little bit at a time.. Once the clutch pedal feel returns to normal and hold pressure out the car in 1st and rev it up to 6500 or so rpm if the car doesn't move great... if it does move a bit clutch is...
He should be thinking of redoing the ic piping by this point.... hopefully he is upgrading to a front mount intercooler.... heat soak sucks... haha. But yes dont forget the j pipe. Or buy one of the 16g turbos Justin has right now I think he has a couple down firing units.

The car most likely won't have many records from the dealer. Maybe early in its life but past 2001 or so I doubt it.

It's not a dsm... just a picture to show you on a door panal. Just place the material right over the metal and speaker hole. Then when your done pressing the material down with your hands... cut out the speaker opening. My bad for th a bad explanation.

This issue is most likely a bad ground in the system. Rusted, loose, ect.
But I'm the case it's not a bad ground... install a line filter.... I never needed one in a dsm.
If it only happens on fm or am radio install an antenna noise suppressor .

Tdo5 just refers to the compressor housing. Several turbos will have tdo5 on the housing. Also 2g engine in 1g is not a direct swap. Better off finding a 1g 6 bolt. Also 1g 14b tdo5 turbo is a bit better then a 2g turbo.
